Prices and Payment

All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes are included in the displayed product prices. No additional tax is added at checkout.

Eligible U.S. orders are subject to a $4.99 flat shipping charge, displayed with your order total before payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Stripe. By submitting an order, you authorize payment of the total shown at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. Our processing days are Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, with a daily cutoff of 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, holidays, or other disruptions.

Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery areas. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional reshipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be explained and require your agreement before reshipment.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not shipped. Sending a request does not confirm cancellation; we will check the order status and notify you of the outcome.

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Confirmed cancellations before shipment receive a refund of the amount paid, including the original shipping charge. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Returns and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover necessary return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please report these issues within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly.

We do not charge a restocking fee or offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, request a return and place a new order.

Returns are inspected within 1–2 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing and posting, depending on your bank or card issuer.

The original shipping charge is not refundable for change-of-mind returns. It is refunded when the refund is due to an error on our part.
