Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided your order has not shipped.

The 24-hour window begins when the order is placed and includes weekends and holidays. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, even if the request is made within 24 hours.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number.

  • The name and email address used for the order.

  • A clear request to cancel.

We recommend using “Cancel Order [Your Order Number]” as your email subject.

Cancellation requests are reviewed during customer support hours. We use the time your request was received to determine whether it falls within the 24-hour window. Sending a request does not confirm cancellation; our team will check the shipment status and email you the outcome.

Requests After 24 Hours

Requests received more than 24 hours after an order was placed fall outside our cancellation window.

Please contact us to check whether we can still stop the shipment. We will assist where possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it or guarantee that the carrier can stop delivery.

You may request a return after receiving the order, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind returns require you to pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If we confirm cancellation before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order, including the $4.99 shipping charge, to your original payment method.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days after cancellation approval for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
