These Billing Terms & Conditions apply to online purchases from Fishing Creek Warmbloods.

We accept the following credit and debit cards through Stripe:

Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

Prices and Currency

All prices and transactions on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Applicable taxes are included in the displayed product prices. No additional tax is added at checkout.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.99 per order for eligible deliveries within the United States. Your order total, including shipping, is displayed before you submit payment.

Billing Information

Please provide accurate billing and contact information at checkout, including your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. Your billing information should match the information held by your card issuer.

You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent payment from being approved or delay order processing.

Payment Authorization and Processing

By submitting your order, you authorize payment of the total displayed at checkout using your selected payment method.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Orders begin processing after successful payment confirmation.

If your payment is declined, please check your billing details or contact your card issuer before trying again. If you are unsure whether a payment was successful, contact us before placing another order to help avoid duplicate purchases.

Order Confirmation

After your order is successfully placed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation includes your order details and total amount paid.

If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. Contact us if you still need assistance locating your confirmation.

Payment Security

Stripe processes the payment details submitted at checkout. Please do not send full card numbers, security codes, or other sensitive payment information by email or through our contact form.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order, and the order must not have shipped. A confirmed cancellation before shipment receives a refund of the amount paid, including the original shipping charge.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing and posting, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees. For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping, and the original $4.99 shipping charge is not refundable. When a refund is due to an error on our part, the original shipping charge is also refunded.

Billing Questions

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or notice a duplicate charge, please contact us with your order number, the date of the charge, and the amount in question.

We will review the transaction and help resolve any confirmed billing error. Contacting us does not limit your right to seek assistance from your bank or card issuer.
